The Opportunity

We use this to solve our clients most complex challenges and help them answer effectively to the fast-changing digital world. We combine advanced digital expertise in data, models, diagnostics, and user centred design, with world-class specialist engineering and environmental skills, as well as digital advisory services and digital services design and delivery.   

The role will see you working on BIM development for information and asset management, data manipulation and visualisation, and automation. 

Is this role right for you? You will

Join our dynamic BIM team and work with architectural teams to enhance and support Designers across a diverse range of projects at all design stages.

  • Assis with BIM project delivery, ensuring outputs align with the BEP.
  • Coordinate with consultants to maintain project and model alignment.
  • Guide project performance reviews within BIM through regular meetings.
  • Perform clash detection and produce comprehensive clash reports.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of current legislation related to architectural practices, quality assurance, and health & safety.
  • Proficient in Revit, Naviswoks, Solibri and Dynamo with expertise in clash detection and report generation.
  • Familiarity with ISO19650 standards.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to drive cross-disciplinary BIM coordination.
  • Combined problem-solver with excellent interactive and communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium to large-scale projects using Revit and associated technologies.
  • Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam, and ACC Common Data Environment.
