The Opportunity

  • Coordinate the delivery of high-impact bids and proposals, supporting end-to-end submission activities to create compelling, client-focused responses.

  • Support innovation and continuous improvement by using data, AI-enabled tools and best-practice processes to improve bid quality, consistency and efficiency.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of high-quality bid resources and knowledge assets, improving access to compelling project information, credentials and templates that support future business development activity.

Is this role right for you?

  • Proven pursuit and bid management experience with 3–5 years’ experience in the AEC industry (or similar), including coordinating and managing bid lifecycles, tender processes, and delivering high-quality, competitive submissions.

  • Excellent communication, analytical and organisational capabilities, including the ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems, influence stakeholders, and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong digital and systems proficiency, including experience with CRM and pipeline management tools, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and a willingness to embrace new technologies, data-driven approaches, and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive and values-driven, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement, while building inclusive and collaborative working relationships that reflect Arup’s culture and values.
