The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive Bid Coordinator to support the delivery of high‑quality, competitive proposals across our UKIMEA business. You’ll work closely with bid teams, helping to implement best‑practice processes and contributing to successful, compliant submissions.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end bid process, including bid programmes, win strategy sessions, answer planning and internal reviews.

 

  • Support bid leaders in tracking progress, deliverables and deadlines.

 

  • Prepare submission materials: templates, checklists, case studies, CVs and client research.

 

  • Complete and review standard procurement questionnaires.

 

  • Maintain libraries of bid content and collateral.

 

  • Work with Business Development and sector leads to build understanding of market areas.

 

 

Is this role right for you?

We are seeking bid professionals with the following skills and attributes

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.

 

  • Experience working on bids—ideally in professional services or the UK business sector.

 

  • Awareness of bid governance and confidence working collaboratively under pressure.

 

  • A positive, resilient, and team‑focused approach.

 

  • Desire to help create clear, persuasive and compliant proposals.

Desirable

  • Interest in the architecture sector.

 

  • Experience using InDesign or Creative Cloud.

 

  • Awareness of APMP principles.
