Key Role:

Working individually and as part of our global technical software team, you will provide agile solutions combining processes, practices, and tools to deliver solutions. This will involve working closely with project teams and business leaders to define requirements, design and implementing solutions that support project delivery, automating and streamlining our operations and processes.

  • You have significant experience in workflow automation and 3D modelling (e.g. BIM, Revit, GIS and/or Civil3D etc) delivery experience with a strong working knowledge of international standards and processes
  • You possess programming skills with knowledge in different popular languages (i.e. Grasshopper, Python, R etc)
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders 
  • You are motivated by the potential of technology to transform a global business 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implementation, operations and support of our Automation & BIM platforms, services and tools to meet the needs of our project teams
  • Liaise with Project Directors/Managers, BIM Managers, and other project personnel to understand complex project requirements, develop appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and provide support services to technical software service teams in other regions providing support, collaborating and knowledge sharing
  • Keep up to date with software products, trends, and supplier changes. Understand the vendors roadmaps, upcoming releases, new functionalities, and capabilities, liaising closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to promote and share knowledge across the business
  • Plan and coordinate trials and pilots of updates and new technical services to meet the needs of the business
  • Design, produce and deliver training to the business community

 

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • With 3-5 years of working experience in large multidisciplinary projects and/or infrastructure clients and the use, configuration, and application of Automation & BIM (or BIM+GIS) platforms and tools on projects
  • Proven professional experience with Automation & BIM tools and platforms
  • Working knowledge in the application of the ISO19650 suite of standards is essential
  • Strategic relationships with clients, industry peer groups, partners and vendors
  • Proficiency in the use of technical design software solutions, such as Autodesk suites, Bentley suites, Trimble and others, across all disciplines and ability to give advices on best practice, interoperability, integration and workflows

  • Recognised qualification in a numerate, computer science or engineering discipline is desirable
