Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

 

Responsibility:
1.Contribute to policy initiation and implementation as a member of the discipline’s leadership team, with particular regard to commercial awareness.
2.Carry out the full cycle of financial management activities for the discipline.
3.Assist with project planning and monitoring, to include fee estimates, contracts, manpower requirements.
4.Take responsibility for the non-technical staff of the discipline including recruitment, supervision, appraisal and training.
5.Assist with all activities related to technical staffing matters.
6.Liaise with the Human Resources, Finance, Administration and others to ensure compliance with the firm procedures on all administrative matters.
7.Participate in discipline leadership and other internal discipline meetings.
8.Any other duties assigned from time to time including but not limited to organization of social functions for the discipline and seminars / talks.

Requirements:
1.Degree holder with major in English, Business administration or Finance.
2.Numeracy, with a good commercial business sense and interest in financial matters.
3.Excellent communication skills of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
4.Good people skills, with sensitivity and patience to deal with staffing matters.
5.Flexible attitude and ability to balance demands from a variety of sources.
