The Opportunity

  • Report to the project leader
  • Implement effective project management for whole project cycle
  • Maintain day-to day communication with client, consultants, contractors for successful project outcomes
  • Manage project risks, value, change, cost to deliver the project
  • Implement digital and innovation tools to enhance project management process
  • Drive for sustainability goals

Is this role right for you?

  • Degree in building environment related disciplines such as Architecture, Civil, Structural, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or other construction related degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience for the position of Project Manager
  • Membership of relevant professional institution(s) will be advantageous
  • Conversant with Hong Kong building regulations and ordinances
  • Hands-on experience with BIM and programme planning tools (eg. P6) will be advantageous
  • Creative, self-motivated with good interpersonal and influencing communication skills
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
