Are you a Project Manager who wants to shape a better world?

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Copenhagen office. This is an exciting position, providing Programme and Project Management Services to the Denmark Group. You would become part of the Advisory Services team, and a member of the Europe and Global Advisory Networks. You would report directly to the Denmark Advisory Leader.

Your responsibilities

The Advisory Team provides specialist services on a wide range of complex portfolios, programmes and projects. Clients value our highly effective service which combines the strength of a large multi-disciplinary firm with the technical skills, experience and personal qualities of our individuals.

The candidate should expect to be posted to either buildings or infrastructure projects, depending on project demands. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of project management activities with an emphasis on programme management and project control.

The specific tasks are:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, project plans, programmes, project processes, project risks and project performance in accordance with approved management systems.
  • Implement project planning objectives in relation to project reviews, project quality, training and procedures.
  • Support business development by assisting in the development of pre-qualifications and tenders.
  • Report to Senior Project Managers and Advisory Team Leader.

Your technical and personal competences

You are a team player who enjoys working in a vibrant international environment. You are keen on taking on the responsibility, and you meet the following requirements:

  • A degree in architecture, engineering, or project management
  • Previous experience, minimum of 2 years.
  • Flexible approach, with ability to move between a variety of tasks and projects to meet demands.
  • Attention to detail, with ability to see the big picture.
  • Proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate and pre-empt problems and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to speak/write Danish is a plus.
