Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in managing multi-discipline projects. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

Prepare and Maintain Project files

Collect Status Data from the Project Team and Contractors

Coordination and information management support to/from stakeholders, design team, contractors

Contribute to Performance Evaluation using Project Management Tools and Techniques (Project Scheduling, Variance Analysis, Risk Analysis, Earned Value Management)

Administer and Assist in Project, Design and Site Team Meetings, workshops and reviews

Maintain Project Brief, Project Execution Plans, Records, Reports, Logs and Registers Manage the smooth flow of information throughout the team

Monitor, evaluate, record and report on progress.
Specification Requirements:
-
2-3 years of project management experience or working in a project controls/ project management environment
-
Minimum of a degree qualification in engineering, construction or related field (or relevant equivalent qualification).

Internationally certified project management qualification, such as IPMA, APM PQ, or equivalent will be an advantage.

Experience managing scope, schedule and budget or multiple projects •

Strong project scheduling related computer skills utilizing Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, financial accounting, and spreadsheets

Strong independent judgment and analytical abilities
-
Strong interpersonal skills, team working, communication, problem solving and presentation skills
-
Ability to prioritise and manage competing activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
