The Opportunity
• Provide comprehensive support such as clerical tasks, office inspections, and operational assistance.
• Assist the team with general administration duties, including maintenance, hygiene, orderliness, security, and safety checks.
• Coordinate and assign work orders to technicians/vendors and conduct regular checks.
• Perform office inspections and ensure the environment and equipment are well-maintained, arranging repairs when necessary
• Prepare quotations, cost comparisons, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Assist with office occupancy reports.
• Handle any ad-hoc projects and assignments, such as internal audits, churn management, and corporate activities.

Is this role right for you?
• Diploma or higher education.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
