The Opportunity
- Assist project teams and actively participate in delivering BIM technical services throughout all project stages, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
负责协助各项目团队,全面参与并高效完成各阶段BIM技术服务任务; - Proficiently use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Navisworks to produce project drawings, develop BIM models, conduct clash detection, perform construction simulations, and create animations to support project delivery.
熟练运用AutoCAD、Revit、Rhino、NavisWorks 等软件完成项目出图、BIM模型创建、模型碰撞检查、施工模拟及动画,助力项目推进; - Participate in project design, optimization, and coordination activities, and optimize and refine BIM models in accordance with discipline-specific standards and the required Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
参与项目设计、优化与协调工作,并且根据专业标准和BIM模型深度要求进行优化和调整模型; - Independently carry out BIM model integration, management, and maintenance, ensuring model accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Utilize BIM models to efficiently generate drawings, prepare reports, and support project delivery.
能够独立完成BIM模型的整合与管理维护工作,确保模型精度、时效性、完整性和合规性,满足项目进度需求; 同时,利用BIM模型完成高效出图、报告编制等工作; - Participate in the development and management of BIM family libraries, templates, component libraries, material libraries, and BIM component information databases.
参与搭建族库、模板管理、构件库管理、材质管理、BIM构件信息管理等; - Explore and promote the application of other BIM and AI software solutions in projects to enhance efficiency and innovation.
拓展其他BIM/AI软件在项目上的应用; - Complete routine CAD drafting and drawing tasks as required by the company.
完成公司日常其他CAD制图工作; - Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company.
完成公司安排的其他任务。

Is this role right for you?
- Diploma or above in Architecture, Architectural Engineering Technology, or other construction related disciplines from a full-time accredited college or university.
大专及以上学历,全日制本科/大专院校建筑学、建筑工程技术及其他建筑相关专业毕业; - Basic proficiency in English communication, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
基本英语听说读写沟通能力; - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting and documentation.
熟练使用AutoCAD绘图软件; - Proficient in BIM-related software, including Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, and other relevant applications.
熟练使用BIM相关软件(Revit、Rhino、NavisWorks等); - Knowledge of parametric modeling methodologies and workflows.
掌握基本的参数化建模技术; - Practical BIM modeling experience in architectural, façade, or other related construction projects.
有建筑、幕墙等专业实际项目BIM建模经验; Strong ability to learn and adapt to new software applications, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and diligent, with strong teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
