The Opportunity
Join our international, multidisciplinary team of dedicated Data Centre experts as we develop reliable, efficient, and sustainable solutions for both current and future digital infrastructure. You will be involved in mission-critical projects of medium to large scale, managing all phases of design—from conceptualisation through construction supervision to final handover.
As an Architect, you will:
· Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers & advisors
· Develop, optimize and detail suitable, efficient, sustainable and innovative architectural solutions from Concept to Construction Supervision and Hand-Over that meet our clients demand on quality, speed to market and robustness
· Coordinate with other internal and external project stakeholders including other disciplines, authorities, public service providers and international clients
· Present Design packages to clients, contractors and authorities. Have a good grasp over trends and standard methodologies in the industry
· Connect solutions/ideas to bigger picture project and client goals
Does this role inspire you?
We are looking for someone passionate about high quality, sustainable industrial architecture design and who possesses:
· University Degree in Architecture
· About 5+ years' experience in architecture design for industrial buildings, ideally in a multi-disciplinary team
· Profound knowledge of relevant German codes and Industry standards
· Ideally knowledge of both, RIBA and HOAI
· Professional knowhow in constructing with REVIT, good knowledge with other Layout- and 3D design software (Adobe CS, Rhino, ...)
· Passion for quality, sustainability, and innovation
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working
· Very good written and spoken English skills and German B2 level
