The Service Station Consultant role at Arup is focused on delivering leading-practice workplace experience services to support the Melbourne office. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a proactive attitude towards ensuring a seamless operational delivery.
The Opportunity
- Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and in line with Arup's brand standards.
- Deliver business lounge services, including refreshments, assistance with guest Wi-Fi, and local transport information.
- Monitor and maintain meeting room standards, assisting with setups and pack-ups for key meetings.
- Process catering orders and manage package deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Office Services staff to ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
Is this role right for you?
- Experience working in an office environment, particularly in a busy front-of-house area.
- Strong customer service or concierge experience in a corporate or hospitality setting.
- Ability to uphold high standards of work, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics, honesty, and resilience in dynamic environment
