Our transport planning team in Manila is leading a wide range of exciting and multifaceted local and international projects. Clients include local developers, Local Government Units (LGU), the national government, as well as international development banks and foreign governments.

Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices, staff reimbursements, and related-party transaction payments for the assigned entities in APAC region.
The successful candidate needs to be knowledgeable of the firm’s AP policies and local tax regulations, and have attention to detail to identify any anomalies with invoices and claims.
Your role in our team
• Receive, review, and process invoices and staff reimbursement in accordance with established procedures.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors, subconsultants, and employees.
• Gather new supplier or updated records, including supplier information, payment terms, and contact details.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and escalate any major incidents/ issues to the Line Manager in a timely and professional manner.
• Process monthly accruals and prepayments for expenses relating to accounts payable activities.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end close process, including preparation of account reconciliations, analysis of account balances, and other tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with global standard policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts payable activities, including aging reports, and other ad-hoc reports as required.
Is this role right for you?
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• At least 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with JDE and Concur systems is preferred.
• Experience with ANZ countries is preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
